PIT Solutions is an Australian technology partner specialising in Mining, Enterprise, and Security. We design, deploy, and support resilient technology environments that operate reliably in complex, high-risk, and distributed settings.

Managing Director
A seasoned leader in technology for mining and enterprise sectors, Jody drives PIT Solutions strategic direction. With deep industry insight, he ensures the delivery of resilient, scalable IT solutions that meet the evolving demands of Australia's most critical industries.
Mel Barlow
General Manager & CFO
As General Manager and CFO, Mel steers both the financial strategy and day-to-day operations of PIT Solutions. She manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while optimising internal processes and vendor relationships. Mel’s hands-on leadership ensures fiscal health, operational excellence, and strong alignment between our resources and client needs.
Lucy Cahill
HR & Operations Manager
Lucy Cahill leads HR and Operations at PIT Solutions, supporting the people, systems, and processes that keep the business running effectively.
She brings a practical, clear-headed approach to recruitment, compliance, and operational planning, with a strong focus on structure, consistency, and accountability. Lucy works closely with leaders across the business to align day-to-day operations with long-term goals and sustainable growth.
Elliot Stewart
IT Operations Manager
Elliot coordinates all IT operations—both in the data centre and in the field. He manages server provisioning, network configurations, and hardware deployments at remote sites. By overseeing technical teams and standardising procedures, Elliot delivers on-time, on-budget projects and maintains stable, secure systems tailored for mining and enterprise environments.
Andrew Dickinson
Server Support Team Lead
Andrew oversees all server infrastructure for our mining clients, ensuring 24/7 availability and peak performance. He leads upgrades, security patching, and performance optimisation, proactively minimising downtime. With his extensive technical expertise, Andrew ensures every server environment operates securely and reliably, allowing clients to focus on core operations without interruption.
Ian Turner
General Manager Enterprise
Ian Turner is the General Manager of Enterprise at PIT Solutions, responsible for enterprise growth, client relationships, and commercial outcomes. He works directly with enterprise customers to understand operational priorities, shape solutions, and build long-term partnerships grounded in delivery and performance.
With more than 20 years’ experience across technology, infrastructure, and business leadership, Ian brings a strong commercial lens and disciplined execution. His focus is on expanding PIT Solutions’ enterprise presence while ensuring customers receive consistent, outcomes-driven service at scale.
Michael Beaumont
Head of Networks
Michael Beaumont is the Head of Networks at PIT Solutions, responsible for the design and delivery of enterprise and carrier-grade network environments across mining and industrial operations. He brings deep expertise across datacentre, service provider, and enterprise networks, with extensive experience delivering large-scale eVPN/VXLAN and MPLS architectures.
Specialising in mining, Michael designs highly resilient, secure connectivity for remote and harsh environments where reliability and availability are critical. His focus is on converged IT and OT networking that supports 24/7 operations in geographically isolated locations.
